Romney Tweed Community Interest Group was founded in 2014 to encourage local industry and tourism in the Romney Marsh and Dungeness area of Kent. It is a niche producer designing luxury tweeds from Romney wool which are spun and woven in limited editions in Yorkshire.

Romney Tweed are experts in developing bespoke tweeds and in making a range of consumer products, such as weekend bags, throws, cushions and scarves, locally by hand.

In 2021 Romney Tweed appointed Silks PR & Marketing to handle the PR for the launch of its new 'Prospect Collection' which was inspired by the cottage of Derek Jarman.

Much PR was achieved including the images shown plus:
